A Free Diabetic Clinic run by TSFI (since 1996) one day in a week (every Thursday) providing absolutely free diagnosis (Blood and Urine analysis) and supply of medicines for Diabetic patients who are from economically backward sections. On average of 300 patients per week are undergoing the treatment under the guidance of eminent physician and one of the trustee of TSFI Dr. Ayyagari Aswini Kumar, Professor of Medicine at ASRAM College, Eluru.

A well known doctor in Machilipatnam by name Dr. Koka V. Siva Prasad is attending on the patients in the Free Diabetic Clinic every week. A team of Doctors of Machilipatnam comprising Dr. Vinjamuri Venkata Subba Rao, Dr. Daliparthi Mruthyunjaya Rao, Dr. Mogilisetty Anand Swaroop also render service and some prominent retired employees voluntarily assist the doctors in running the clinic.
